Amy Berman, MA

Executive Director

ADiCares predecessor is ADi. Amy began working with ADi in 2004 as a Medicaid Service Coordinator (care manager). She provided case management to over 400 clients during her tenure at ADi.

In 2017 Amy was promoted to Executive Director, where her role was to develop strategic planning and work with the board of directors. At ADi, Amy supervised case management services, marketing, fundraising, program development, human resources and accounting. Amy grew the agency by 200% and successfully oversaw the transition of the agency to a managed care structure.

Amy has also maintained a private psychotherapy practice over the course of her career.

Amy received her MA in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Lesley University. She did her internships at Yale Child Study Center, Burlington Community Living the Dearborn Academy. She has her BA in Sociology from Curry College.

Peter G. Signorelli, MSW

Director of Trust services | Case Management

Peter received his MSW at Columbia University. He did his internships at Weill Cornell Medical’s Borderline Personality Disorder unit and at Pleasantville College School. He received his BA in Psychology and completed a minor in Business at Manhattan College.

Peter is Director of Trust Services and Case Management for ADiCares. Peter oversees the operations of the Surplus Income Trust and Case Management services.

Peter is President of Hoyt Colton M&A Advisors. Since 2002, Peter has provided Merger & Acquisition advice to Registered Investment Advisors looking to grow their assets under management via acquisition or merger.

Previous to Hoyt Colton M&A Advisors, Peter was Executive Vice President at Success Financial Group and Marjohn, Inc. At both of these firms he did business consulting for many small to medium sized private and public companies within the finance and healthcare industries.

Upon graduating from Columbia University in 1995, Peter was Executive Director of WCCW, an Obesity an Eating Disorder Clinic that provided comprehensive medical and clinical treatment to it’s clients. Peter built WCCW from scratch to over 1,000 clients.

John Signorelli, MSW

CLC Surplus Income Trust: Trustee

John has worked in the non-for-profit world for over 50 years. He is the co-founder of Community Living Corporation, CLC Transportation, Westchester Foundation for the Disabled and CLC Foundation. John is also the co-founder of the CLC Pooled Trusts, the Trust is one of the first and largest in NYS. Currently John is the Trustee for the CLC Surplus Income Trust and Chairman of ADiCares.

Joan Damiani, MSW

Coordinator Of Case Management

Joan is Coordinator of Case Management Services for ADiCares. Joan is in charge of coordinating aging care services and supervising our aging care professionals for ADiCares.

Joan has over 25 years of experience in the field of advocacy, counseling and care management. Her past employment experience includes working at the NYC Department for the Aging, the Visiting Nurse Association of the Hudson Valley, Green Children Children’s Services and Community Living Corporation. Joan has worked with ADi since its inception in 2004. In that capacity she has worked with dedication to improve and enhance the lives of disabled individuals and work closely with their families.

Through Joan’s extensive experience she has gained a strong knowledge of the array of services and supports available through private resources, community agencies and government programs. Joan appreciates the uniqueness of each client’s needs and situation and strives to develop a plan that targets their specific needs, values and interests.

Joan received her MSW from Fordham University and an BA Degree in Psychology from Ohio Wesleyan University.

Leslie Eisman

Comptroller

Leslie Eisman joined the team at ADiCares in 2017. She graduated from Ithaca College in 1985 having earned a Bachelor’s of Science in Business Management. Leslie started her career in the private sector accounting, where she has again a broad experience which extends beyond finance into IT, Operations and other business-related fields. For the last 7 years Leslie was the Controller of a small not-for-profit agency. As the Comptroller, Leslie looks forward to bringing that experience to ADiCares & the CLC Surplus Income Trust family.
